Refund policy

1. Order Processing
Once your order is placed, please allow up to 48 hours for it to be processed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays). Processing time is separate from the delivery time. After your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number right away. Please note that tracking details will update once the shipment is booked for pickup in our system.


2. Purchasing
Please note that items in your cart are not guaranteed to be in stock. If any product becomes unavailable, you will be informed via phone or email regarding the missing item. During checkout, you will be shown the available shipping options along with their charges.

Desi Minimals provides the following shipping options:

  • Prepaid – Standard Shipping (Free): 3–7 days
  • Express Shipping (₹200): 1–3 days
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹100

3. Shipping
Domestic deliveries usually take 4–8 business days. To avoid delays, please ensure your address is complete and accurate, including correct street details, building names, and apartment numbers. Desi Minimals is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to incorrect addresses. Once your order is handed over to the courier service, we no longer have control over it.


4. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original condition, and has all tags intact. To request a return or exchange, please visit our Returns/Exchange Portal.

a. Exchanges
Submit an exchange request through the portal. A reverse pickup will be arranged. After the item is received and passes quality inspection, the replacement (in your chosen size) will be shipped.

Note: Exchanged items cannot be exchanged again.

b. Returns
For returns, a reverse pickup will be scheduled from your address. Once the product passes quality checks, a refund will be issued either to the original payment method or as store credit.

  • For all Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will only be provided as store credit (after applicable deductions).
  • A ₹100 fee will be deducted for restocking and shipping.
  • Refunds to the original payment method may take 5–7 business days, while store credit is issued instantly.

All returned items are carefully inspected. Products that appear used, worn, or unsellable will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. If you receive a defective item, please submit a return request within 3 days of delivery, as requests after this period cannot be processed.

5. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order you have placed, please email us at faboclothing@gmail.com with your order ID and the name used while placing the order.

Please note that a cancellation fee of ₹50 will be charged if the order has already been processed and is ready for dispatch. If you request cancellation after a delivery attempt has been made, a fee of ₹100 will be deducted.
